Stipulations:

Must be local pick up (no out-of-state)
Must be an approved LOW COST spay & neuter clinic (we can recommend quite a few) or we are happy to put $125 towards the surgery at the vet of your choice (paid over the phone)
Must schedule surgery for between 6-9 months of age
Can only be used on this puppy (confirmed by microchip number)
Will be reimbursed upon proof of surgery bill (we can also call the clinic to pay over the phone)
Must sign spay/neuter contract outlining agreeance of these stipulations
